Project Overview
This 7-months project involves a mix of coordination and building of internal tools and onboarding of users for the purchasing of livestock during Korban across 10 countries.
The deliverables was to create a knowledge base to support the build of a web application that was catered for partners and suppliers to order products.
The challenge was scaling.
Previously, the company relied on excel sheets to track their orders but as the company grew, so did their partners.
They decided to build a web app that allowed users to login to their own account and purchase orders. Seeing the need to onboard users also means that the client need someone to manage docs and work.
A few deliverables was created:
- Docs that was public and easy to access.
By using Notion as a tool to build a simple knowledge base with the use of pages and subpages, and allowed users to navigate the app
- Notion as a CRM.
Using the internal tool, I created a dashboard that has a link to different spaces.
- Admin, Partner and Supplier Section Docs.
- Quick links to documents pertaining to development of the web app.
- A tracker and partner’s database.
- Photo tracking checker - importing CSV’s from back end of the web app and
One of the more powerful reason to use Notion as a knowledge base was language support. Notion allows the to be translated into multiple languages such as Bahasa Indonesia to support our Indonesian suppliers.
Asides from building of Knowledge Bases, I was tasked with quality checking of digital assets, working with the web development team to report bugs and also created deliverables such as banners and posters used for marketing the product using Canva.
