The project focuses on onboarding users for a web application used in a large-scale event across 10 countries, creating knowledge bases for partners and suppliers to facilitate product ordering. Notion is utilized for building these knowledge bases and managing project stages, with language support for translations like Bahasa Indonesia. Project Overview
This project involves a mix of internal tools and onboarding of users for a web application that is used for a widescale event for Korban across 10 countries. The deliverables was to create knowledge bases to support the use of a web application for catered partners and suppliers to order products.
By using Notion as a tool to build the knowledge base, it helps users navigate the web app more effectively. Notion functions as the internal collaborative tool to help the core team track stages and statuses of the project and manage issues more efficiently.
One of the more powerful reason to use Notion as a knowledge base was language support. Notion allows the to be translated into multiple languages such as Bahasa Indonesia to support our Indonesian suppliers.
Asides from building of Knowledge Bases, I was tasked with quality checking of digital assets, working with the web development team to report bugs and also created deliverables such as banners and posters used for marketing the product using Canva.
