The Problem
Most teams run on scattered tools. Docs, tasks, chats and AI, each siloed in its own app. The result: duplicated work, constant context-switching, and a recurring “who’s doing what?”
Bolting on more AI and automation without a proper framework just adds noise, not output.
What if your entire operations lived in one connected system? That's where I come in. Think of me like your senior operator on call.

What does an engagement typically look like?
Four steps: a short discovery call to map jobs-to-be-done, a fixed-fee design phase, a sprint-based build inside your tools, and a handover with documented runbooks. Optional retainer afterwards.
How long does a Notion project take?
Most focused builds (a CRM, a content system, a delivery hub) ship in two to six weeks. Larger workspace overhauls run longer and are scoped in phases.
Do you only build, or do you also train teams?
Both. Every build comes with a handover and runbooks. I also run standalone workshops — System Processes with AI, 1:1 Notion Expert Sessions, and team training tailored to your setup.
Can you migrate us from another tool into Notion?
Yes. Common moves are from Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Airtable, and Google Docs/Sheets. The first step is usually a diagnostic review to decide what to bring over, what to retire, and what to rebuild.
How do you use AI and automation?
Practically. I use Notion AI, custom agents, and Zapier to remove repetitive admin — inbox triage, lead enrichment, approvals, summaries, drafting. The goal is automation you can maintain, not demos.
Do you work with teams outside Singapore?
Yes. I’m based in Singapore and work with teams across APAC and beyond. Most engagements run remotely, with occasional in-person sessions for Singapore-based clients.
Do you offer ongoing support after handover?
Yes, on a light retainer. Most teams take it for the first few months while the system settles, then taper off as it becomes part of how they work.
How do we get started?
A free 30-minute scoping call. We map what you’re trying to do, rank by ROI, and decide together whether a build, a workshop, or a diagnostic review is the right next step.
