Hi, I'm Nasri 👋🏽

I help teams build calmer operating systems with Notion.

Start now with a simple and smart foundation that’s scalable and matches the way you work.

Problems I'm Solving

Every team I meet has the same quiet struggle. The business is running, but the systems still live in someone's head. Work is scattered across tools, docs, tasks, chats, and now AI, each siloed in its own space. The result is duplicated work, constant context switching, and the recurring question, “who's doing what?”
I got tired of watching good teams burn their energy on busywork, so these are the problems I spend my days solving. Bringing everything into one calm, connected system that adapts to how you work, not the other way round. Less time and cost lost to friction. More sanity, focus, and space for the relationships that matter.

How I work
That's what I build with every client. We start by mapping how you actually work, then design a Notion system around it: automations that run themselves, analytics you can trust, and AI that earns its place.

Automations. I take the repetitive admin off your plate: intake, follow-ups, approvals, enrichment. Quiet, practical workflows across Notion and Zapier that just run in the background.

Analytics. Your numbers stop living in scattered spreadsheets. Dashboards and rollups show what's happening across clients, projects, and content at a glance, so decisions come easier.

AI Enablement. I embed AI where the work happens: agents that draft, triage, summarise, and enrich inside your own workspace. Tools your team actually uses, not demos.

My Threads

Hard Questions.

Why engage a Notion consultant?
Because your time is better spent running the business, not wrestling with setup. A consultant brings proven patterns, sidesteps costly rework, and designs a system your team will actually maintain. You get a calmer single source of truth sooner, with the know-how handed over so you are never dependent on one person.
What does an engagement typically look like?
Four steps: a short discovery call to map jobs-to-be-done, a fixed-fee design phase, a sprint-based build inside your tools, and a handover with documented runbooks. Optional retainer afterwards.
How long does a Notion project take?
Most focused builds (a CRM, a content system, a delivery hub) ship in two to six weeks. Larger workspace overhauls run longer and are scoped in phases.
Do you only build, or do you also train teams?
Both. Every build comes with a handover and runbooks. I also run standalone workshops — System Processes with AI, 1:1 Notion Expert Sessions, and team training tailored to your setup.
Can you migrate us from another tool into Notion?
Yes. Common moves are from Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Airtable, and Google Docs/Sheets. The first step is usually a diagnostic review to decide what to bring over, what to retire, and what to rebuild.
How do you use AI and automation?
Practically. I use Notion AI, custom agents, and Zapier to remove repetitive admin — inbox triage, lead enrichment, approvals, summaries, drafting. The goal is automation you can maintain, not demos.
Do you work with teams outside Singapore?
Yes. I’m based in Singapore and work with teams across APAC and beyond. Most engagements run remotely, with occasional in-person sessions for Singapore-based clients.
Do you offer ongoing support after handover?
Yes, on a light retainer. Most teams take it for the first few months while the system settles, then taper off as it becomes part of how they work.
How do we get started?
A free 30-minute scoping call. We map what you’re trying to do, rank by ROI, and decide together whether a build, a workshop, or a diagnostic review is the right next step.
